 It is so wonderful to find someone in France who actually comes the day when they say they will, who is not overly expensive, and doesn't make us feel completely illiterate about computers... trust this nice message will result in huge discounts on the call-out charge in the future. Good luck and be assured the kids will find ways of letting the viruses attack before we know it.

 My medical doc should learn from my PC doc... who's always there for a breakdown, makes house calls, isn't too expensive, is patient, and explains things in a living language!
